Delete your account and data

Request permanent deletion of your Spades Online account (com.asad.spades) and its associated game data. You do not need to install the app or sign in to this website to send a request.

Send your request to asadmubashr@gmail.com with the subject Spades Online — Account deletion request.

Email account deletion request

This button opens your email app with a draft. You must send the email to submit the request. If no email app opens, copy the address and subject into your preferred email service.

What to include

  1. Your Spades Online player name and account ID, if you have it.
  2. Whether you use Google sign-in or Play as Guest. For a Google-linked account, send the request from the email associated with your Google sign-in where possible.
  3. A clear statement that you want your Spades Online account and associated data deleted.

If you cannot access the app or do not know your account ID, you can still email us. We will explain what information is needed to locate and verify your account. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment details or identity documents in the initial request.

What happens next

Support will reply with the ownership-verification steps and expected completion date. Once ownership is verified, we will process the deletion and confirm completion by email. A request cannot delete another player's account.

Deletion is permanent: your game progress and virtual balances cannot be restored afterward. Logging out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account.

Data covered by the request

  • Your Spades account, player name, avatar selection and Google account link, if any.
  • Login sessions and game-restoration credentials associated with that account.
  • Coins, gems, XP, level, match and trick statistics, streaks, rankings, achievements, quests and reward-claim records.
  • Ad-reward usage records associated with your Spades account.

Deleting Spades data does not delete your Google account, iSold marketplace account, or accounts in other games.

Retention and third-party data

If limited records need to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention or security, we will explain which records, why they are retained and the applicable retention period in our response. Support correspondence may be kept as needed to verify and complete your request.

Google Analytics and AdMob process some information independently under Google's Privacy Policy. A Spades deletion request does not delete your Google account or automatically erase data controlled independently by Google.
