Who to contact

The Spades Online developer can be contacted at asadmubashr@gmail.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, and account deletion.

Information the game collects

• Account and profile: a game account identifier, player name, chosen avatar, and authentication credentials. Guest accounts use a generated credential. Google sign-in uses a verified Google account identifier to create, link or restore your Spades profile. Google identity tokens are verified for sign-in and are not saved as your game login credential.
• Game activity: matches, bids, tricks, results, virtual coin and gem balances, XP, level, win streaks, reward claims, leaderboard points and ad-reward eligibility.
• Device and connection information: network information, including IP address, is processed when connecting to the game service. Google SDKs may process device identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information and approximate location as described below.
• Support: your email address and any information you choose to include when contacting us.

How information is used

We use account information to authenticate players and restore profiles; game activity to run multiplayer matches, maintain balances and progress, award rewards and calculate rankings; and technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Support information is used to answer requests and verify ownership before changing or deleting an account.

The app stores login and match-restoration credentials and preferences on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete the account stored on the game server.

What other players can see

Your player name, chosen avatar and public ranking information may be shown to other players. Players at your table can see public game actions and scores. Your private hand is sent only to your own seat. Account credentials and your Google account identifier are not displayed to other players.

Google sign-in, analytics and advertising

• Google Sign-In processes sign-in information to verify your identity. Signing in does not grant the game access to your Gmail messages or contacts.
• Firebase Analytics measures app sessions, screens and generic gameplay or reward actions. Our custom analytics events do not include account credentials, player names, room codes, hands or balances. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled for Firebase Analytics.
• Google AdMob provides optional rewarded ads. Its SDK may process IP addresses, device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The Firebase Analytics settings described above do not disable AdMob's own data processing. The game records completed reward claims to apply virtual rewards and daily limits.

Sharing and service providers

Game data is processed by the servers that host Spades Online. Google processes information for sign-in, analytics and advertising as described above. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, protect users or secure the service.

Retention, security and deletion

Account and gameplay records are kept to maintain your profile and progress while you use the service, until you request deletion. We use authentication checks and restrict access to private account credentials. No internet service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can request deletion of your Spades account and associated profile, progress, virtual balances and reward records through the Spades Online account-deletion page, without installing the app or signing in to this website. Logging out, disconnecting Google or uninstalling is not an account-deletion request.

If specific records must be retained for a legal obligation, fraud investigation or security purpose, we will explain the affected records, reason and applicable retention period in our response. Data independently processed by Google is subject to Google's retention policies; deleting your Spades account does not delete your Google account.

Your choices

You can change your player name and avatar in your profile, choose guest play instead of Google sign-in, and choose whether to watch rewarded ads. Contact asadmubashr@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of account data. We may request enough information to verify ownership, but will not ask for your Google password or game login tokens.

Children and policy changes

Spades Online is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request review and deletion. We will publish policy changes on this page and update the date above.
