We use information to operate the marketplace, create and display listings, personalize results by location, connect buyers and sellers, provide messaging, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, troubleshoot problems, enforce our rules, and improve iSold.

Your seller name, profile photo, approximate listing location, listings, and the contact methods you choose may be visible to other users. Do not include sensitive personal information in an ad description or image. Messages and non-public account details are not displayed publicly except as needed to provide a feature you request.

iSold may use your IP address to estimate your city and country and show nearby ads. You can select a different city in your country or choose to see all ads in your country. A selected city may be stored in your browser so the site can remember your preference. The website does not require precise GPS location for this feature.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, and avoid counting the same listing impression repeatedly during a session. Your authentication provider may also use cookies according to its own privacy policy.

We may share information with service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, storage, communications, security, and analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update your profile and manage your ads from your account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some information may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

iSold is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
