Legal
Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the iSold website, apps, and marketplace services.
1. Using iSold
You may use iSold only if you can legally enter into an agreement and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account.
2. Marketplace role
iSold provides a platform where users can advertise, discover, buy, and sell items. Unless explicitly stated, iSold is not the buyer, seller, owner, or agent in a transaction and does not guarantee an item, listing, user, payment, delivery, or transaction.
3. Listings and user content
Listings must be accurate, lawful, and placed in the appropriate category. You must own your content or have permission to use it. By posting content, you give iSold permission to host, display, format, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.
4. Prohibited activity
You may not post illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, misleading, or prohibited items; impersonate others; send spam; manipulate metrics; scrape the service; interfere with security; or use iSold to defraud, harass, or harm another person.
5. Buying and selling safely
Users are responsible for evaluating listings and counterparties, agreeing on price and delivery, inspecting items, keeping appropriate records, and following local laws. Never send money or sensitive information unless you trust the recipient and understand the transaction.
6. Accounts and enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, our policies, the law, or the safety of users has been violated. We may preserve information where needed for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
7. Intellectual property
The iSold name, branding, interface, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy our branding, build a competing dataset, or use the service beyond its intended marketplace purpose.
8. Service availability
We work to keep iSold useful and available, but the service may change, experience interruptions, contain errors, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, iSold is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular transaction outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iSold is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from user listings, communications, transactions, third-party services, or unauthorized account access.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the marketplace or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date. For questions, contact iSold through the support options available on the website or app.
